Here... We... Go...! We are delighted to announce that Monitor is now up and running! We're not going to lie, this is a bit scary. Having worked in big nationwide consultancies all our careers and taking home a pay check at the end of each month, we've taken the step to do things our own way. Not because it's easier (it'll be anything but easy), and not because of the money. It's because we honestly think we can do it better than the big boys.

Our career progression had got us to the point of being office based, talking to clients, undertaking consultancy and sorting issues out for the site staff under our control... Then covid hit us all.

Having worked through the pandemic lockdown, we ended up having to answer enquiries, attending sites ourselves and following it up with the consultancy. We realised that we loved being that hands on. And we realised that clients were getting a much better service and product. They were getting proper expert advice on the first call or email rather than enquiries having to be taken before being passed onto the people with the right technical knowledge.
